My Review: This short story was about a retiring Marine Corp Sargent Cori who doesn’t want to retire but she has to due to a life changing injury.

The Marine Corp guys decide to throw her a leaving party and they force her to wear a dress and go with a blind date which she doesn’t want to do either of these.

Cori eventually goes to the party wearing a red dress and her combat boots and when her blind date sees her he believes he has met the woman of his dreams.
